Very bad attitude towards you as a customer who pays money for the service.
Preface: I can't speak for the Estonian and Russian speaking side of the school, and I will be talking purely from my experience with the English speaking instructors of the school. Also in regards to the reception and means of booking lessons, there arent massive issues.
I also want to note that this is an edited version of my review, as I previously wrote an extremely in depth one but realised I could be legally liable for some form of pettiness that the owners could try to throw at me as it's not like I came to lessons with a camera, and thus dont have proof for my claims.
There are three English language instructors, of which I have tried two of. The first one had the issue of having fits of anger/yelling at small mistakes, insulted me, as well as tell you to do one thing and then get angry, saying that you were supposed to do the exact opposite or 'like this way' (essentially gaslighting). This caused me to not want to drive for a year more or less as only after a few classes, driving became associated with about an hour of extreme stress. After my break from driving, I came back but tried a new teacher. The experience was the equivalent of driving with Joe Biden (In terms of cognitive functions,) one second almost sleeping and then randomly snapping out of it and yelling, following the massive shock to the system which was driving over a speed bump at 10 km/h. The third teacher I didn't even bother with. As if you do end up entrolling, you will definitely know who I'm referencing following google searching all three teachers leading you to an especially ‘concerning’ result about one of them.
