Production first - AI backend Python Developer: backend, databases, APIs and AI

Become a Python backend developer — even if you are starting from scratch. This course takes you from the fundamentals of the language to your own working backend service with a database, REST API and artificial intelligence integration.

You will master the entire modern server-side stack: Python (OOP, typing, clean code), databases and SQL (PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Alembic), REST API design (FastAPI, Pydantic, JWT authentication), asynchronous programming (asyncio), background tasks and scaling (Celery, Redis), artificial intelligence integration (LLM, LangChain, RAG), real-time communication (WebSockets, SSE), testing (pytest) and deployment (Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions).

The focus is on practice: every module is reinforced with real-world tasks, and the course culminates in your own backend service that you deploy and add to your portfolio.

By the end of the course you will be able to:
- design and build backend services and REST APIs with FastAPI;
- work with PostgreSQL databases and asynchronous code;
- embed AI capabilities (LLM, LangChain) into applications;
- package and deploy services with Docker and CI/CD.

No prior programming experience is required — the course suits beginners and career changers. On completion you will have hands-on experience, a finished project in your portfolio and an in-demand stack you can confidently use to start a career in development.

An advantage of this course is that it is taught fully in person (classroom format) in Tallinn; real-time online participation is available if needed.
